Its true to say that, a real friend walks in when the whole world walks out.

I have a friend, a dear friend that I can happily say, a loyal friend. I was close to her in my first year and also in second year, when things get complicated and trusting friends was very very very hard. We both dealt with the same issues back then; rejections and gaining trust.

And in my third year, I didn't spend much time with her, but still we try to keep ourselves updated with stories, and supporting each others, giving sisterly advice and coping with dramas in our life, occasionally. Although she was busy with her moot, and that I was happy with my life, forgetting that its her that has always been, and will always support me and that she will always have my trust.

I knew I wasn't being a good friend.
Yes, a failed friend I was.

What was I thinking, right??

Indeed after all of the dramas and all that, she is a one tough cookie. I mean, she is the most independent friend I have ever met, and she is the person that you can campak in anywhere, and still survive. She stands firmly on her belief, always sees good things in people, and patience is her major trait. Infact, she indirectly taught me the meaning of forgiveness and to move on with our life when things are not in our way.


So this semester, realizing that I made a mistake, of failing to spend time with her, I made a pledge to myself, to spend more time with her and to be by her side, always.

Anyway, its 29th March 2011. and that it is Danie's birthday.

Happy Birthday to Ida Daniella Zulkifili.
She is now 23!!!
Only He can repay back your kindness, Thank you for always being there by my side, through thick or thin, and never ever leaves her friend(s) alone.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
A good and a bad companion are like the bearer of musk and the one who pumps out filth respectively. As for the bearer of musk, he will either give you a share, you will smell perfumed air, or you will purchase something from him as for one who pumps out filth, he will either burn your clothes or you will smell something filthy from him (Bukhari and Muslim)
