I went to Sri Aman last Friday, with Mak. (Ye, BERZAMAN , I know..)

The moment I stepped into the school, memories of High School were running into my head. I saw myself in the field, running happily, playing softbal. ?(Cheesy sangat, kan?), Fena making jokes as always in the canteen, and Hanna laughed like mad.
I saw Balqis and Nabila, walking fast, for no reason, wearing the Sri Aman track suit. (Yes, we have our very own track suit, stockings, etc.)

Yes, very melo-dramatic, I am.

I realised that Sri Aman taught me many things about life.

1. I learnt to be a girly-girl. Seriously, this is true. And that because of Sri Aman, I appreciate guys who are gentlemen.

2. Mingling with girls from Sri Aman is like having sisters that I never have.

3. I learnt about Buddism from my deskmate, Sok Leng, who was actually the Assistant Head Prefect. and I learnt about Hinduism, from Vitya (who sat behind me) and from her I learnt about F1, too.

4. Education system is not all about getting As and 24hours study, but its about making mistakes,and exploring yourself, to know your boundaries and limitations. Sri Aman is a place where students talent are something to be proud of. The teachers are willing to spend money on students talents, and very dedicated to nurture such talent.

5. The spirit of muhibbah. Puan Chong kept on saying this during the EST class, to ask us to mix around very well. ( Sri Aman is racially 'diversed', another plus point about it!)

6. The way of thinking critically. Learn to accept criticism, and to express your views without fear.

....and the list goes on and on.....

Sri Aman is still beautiful and clean as ever, students are very courteous, staff are very efficient, and the teachers are DEDICATED. I love Sri Aman ♥.
